Tutorial
Step (I). Fill up the below pre-requisites
    Download the “Framaroot.apk” file from here
    Make backup of all your important data of your android device. Use below recommended link.
    How to backup your Android phone before upgrading firmware
    Must enable the USB debugging mode in your android device by following- Settings >> Device Information >> Enable USB Debugging Mode
    Charge your android device at least 70% for the process
    Make sure a file manager app have installed in your android device to install the .apk file

Step (II). Follow below procedure to root your device
    Copy the downloaded “Framaroot.apk” in your android device using the USB cable.
    Launch your phone’s file manager and locate the “Framaroot.apk” and run it.
    Now the installation of this apk file will start, wait until the installation process will complete.

Done! After the installation your phone become rooted.

1.Complete Fastboot Flasher: It can Flash Boot,Recovery,System,Userdata,Radio Images and even Splash Images.
It can also Help in Restoring Nandroid backups(not tested)

2.ADB Flasher:For Cyanogenmod only. It can Flash Boot images,Recovery Image and Splash Image on a Live Running Android Device without rebooting phone

3.Boot Animation Changer: yes it can also change boot animation of Android,
Just choose any zip file of any name and it will flash it.
If it throws an error try "remount System" button

4.Integrated ADB shell: Just with a single click of a button,the Output console becomes ADB shell.

5.Reboot menu: Reboot straight to recovery mode or Fastboot (bootloader mode) or reboot normally with a single click.

6.APK Installer. (testing phase).

7.Universal Device Unrooter: removes superuser and SU binary.

13.Screenshot:now possible to take screenshots from PC (testing)-only for WVGA devices

While Flashing,there is no need to rename image files or copy pasting them here and there,Just browse to the desired file and flash it right away.Just that the path should'nt have spaces in its name.!

Usage:
Connect your device in Fastboot mode (for fastboot flasher) or in Debugging mode (for ADB flasher and Boot animation changer) and start the program.
the features are pretty much self explanatory.
If you get stucked or error comes in,you should rectify the problem and restart the application to ensure optimal performance.
Prerequisites:
Fastboot and ADB drivers must be installed and properly working before using this program.

Any suggestions are Welcome and much Appreciated.
This is an alpha application and may contains bugs like it won't show errors,you have to determine them by looking at shell output,but if you have connected device properly and have drivers installed,you won't run into problems!
This might not work on Windows Xp,You might need to install NET framework 4.0 or higher to make it work.

3G Manager v2.0.2

The manager allow you to keep receiving notifications by automatically re-enabling the connection from time to time for some minutes to permit sync.

You can specify the reconnection interval and other settings.

Features:
    Automatically disable mobile data on screen-off
    Automatically enable mobile data on screen unlock or screen on
    Automatically disable mobile data when WiFi is connected (optional)
    Delayed disconnection on screen off to allow rapid chatting
    Periodic reconnection to allow notifications
    Specify first reconnection time (before periodic reconnection)
    The manager will be automatically paused while: on WiFi, charging, calling, on airplane mode, on Tethering/Hotspot mode and when mobile data are manually disabled
    Automatically disable mobile data while calling (optional)
    Manager on/off widget (1x1)
    Manager on/off + periodic reconnections on/off widget (2x1)
    Optionally disable sync on low battery (low-battery level configurable)
    Run in foreground: always show app icon in the notification bar (optional)
    Night mode: automatically enable/disable reconnections at specified times

Note: to maximize battery saving set higher re-connection interval or totally disable it (you will lose notification)

This application DOESN'T HAVE Internet access permission.
Network communication permission is only for mobile data switch and detection.

The app doesn't allow reconnection interval under 7 minutes since that will drain your battery more than keeping the connection always enabled.

If you notice that the phone doesn't always reconnect when you unlock the phone try disabling the option "wait for unlock" (if that option is off the manager will enable the connection when you turn the screen on)

If you can't see the widgets in launcher after installing the app please try rebooting your phone (Android bug).
